All makeup products are a final sale. We are able to accept returns or exchanges on some accessories, brushes, and makeup cases within one month of the purchase date as long as they are unopened and unused. A 10% restocking fee is required for returns or exchanges over $50.00. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Any sale, discontinued, and promotion items are a FINAL SALE (no exchanges or returns accepted).

If you receive products that are damaged in shipment or are missing items from your order, please call us right away. Do not throw away any broken product and the box we have packaged the products in. We will ask you to send us photos of the damaged product and the box (in case it has been tampered with). We will be able to offer you a credit memo or send a replacement for the products. If you do not claim the damaged product within one week of receiving the product we will not honor any credits or replacements past this time frame.
